What we collect

Browsing stories does not require an account. If you send a suggestion, report or message, we store the video link, message and optional email you provide. Contact messages require a reply address. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Cookies and security

We use an essential session cookie for forms, fraud prevention and editor login. A hashed network identifier is used to limit automated requests. We do not use advertising cookies. Optional Google Analytics 4 measures page views, video starts/completions and successful form submissions only after you allow analytics. No analytics tag loads before permission. Form messages, email addresses and search terms are not sent to Analytics. Liked videos, saved videos, followed channels and watch history are stored only in your browser, without a GoodOneWorld account or YouTube account connection. Saved video/channel IDs are sent to our server only when needed to show currently available published videos; they are not used to create a user profile. Your analytics choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days; change or withdraw it through Privacy choices in the footer. YouTube playback is a separate action and connects to YouTube only when you choose to play.

YouTube videos

No YouTube player is loaded until you tap a video cover or title, or choose “Load YouTube video” on a detail page. Feed cards play in place and only one card player is active at a time. Playing a video connects to Google/YouTube using the privacy-enhanced player and may result in additional data processing or cookies. You can instead open the video directly on YouTube. Subtitle language and optional continuous-viewing preferences are stored only for your browser tab session. If you enable continuous viewing, the next reviewed video connects to YouTube automatically until you turn it off or reach the end. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Content selection

We retrieve public video information through the YouTube Data API. Google Gemini classifies public titles, descriptions and channel labels. Videos that meet our automatic approval rules can be published without full-video human review. This does not verify the complete video. We do not send your contact messages or email addresses to the AI editor, download videos or train models.

Your choices

Use our contact form to request access, correction or removal of your submission, or ask about how information is handled. Submissions are kept while needed to respond or resolve an issue; security records support abuse prevention. No personal information is sold.
